Appearance(3): Leafyheart is a dark brown tabby she-cat. She is small, and can't really hunt or fight because of her twisted front paws. (both of them) She has black stripes down the side of her sheek, and her eyes are a bright green.
Personality(4): she is nice, and likes to help. she is sucker for sob stories, and will help ANYONE in need! She has a big temper though. Leafyheart will normally be very patinet, but don't push it too far...
History(6): Leafyheart was born into a litter of two. Her mother died of Blackcough, and her father ran away. He eldest brother died from a tree accident, and she blames herself for not getting help in time. It was her first day of training, adn she herself fell out of tree. She landed wrong on branch, and twisted her two front paws. skilled at the time, and didn't save them soon enough. The medcine cat wasn't highly She was condemed to be a medcine cat from then on.

You do need a history before I can accept it. We require less sentences here, so you could just say something like. "Leafyheart was born in a litter of three. She was born in the ThunderClan nursery like any other kit. When she was six moons she got a great mentor. Leafyheart twisted her front paws when she blah, blah, blah, etc." something like that.
