Ringtail felt his fur heat up under Amberstar's gaze and he blinked rapidly, trying to clear his head.

Amberstar deflected all his blows, getting some in at the same time. She purred at the thought of getting to have this much fun with Ringtail all the time. But no! She couldn't. She couldn't have any deep feelings for him.

Amberstar got off of Ringtail and laid on her side next to him. "Nyah.." she meowed quietly, hoping that Ringtail wouldn't hear. She wished that she could love him and that he would love her back, but it was impossible.
