This would probably work better with more members but I better get it down before I forget.
Nothing too flash, simple idea to involve all the Clans.

Prey has been disappearing from the territories and each Clan blames the other. Scents from each Clan have been found in the Territories, always the same ones. A cat from each Clan is stealing others' prey to get them to turn on each other. These 6 cats have formed a group simply for the purpose of starting a war.
The Clans divide and make allies, they're split right down the middle. ThunderClan, LeafClan and RiverClan on one side, ShadowClan, NightClan and WindClan on the other. Gatherings become hard, arguing and fights are sure to happen as innocent cats are blamed. The groups fight viciously, patrols become more and more frequent as leaders and their clans become desperate to protect their prey though-out leaf-bare.
Eventually, a NightClan and a LeafClan patrol capture 2 of the cats who have been stealing the prey and the issue is resolved, though the lines of allies stay drawn.

Yeh, just a quick idea to put out there. Tell me if I should change anything.
