I can....
Warp images with
-twirl, pinch, bulge, stretch, squish

Change Image style and make it look like:
blueprint, neon, grayscale, invert, painting, cartoon, popart, bronze, sepia, old photo, ink stamp, color rotate, pixelate, soften, tint, duo-tone, heat map, sketch, color sketch, fresco, film grain, nightvision, soften edges

Other stuff
-speech bubbles, thought bubbles, text, glitter text, stickers, glitter stickers, borders, sharpen, smooth

Text Options

There is also more such as Arial, Futura, Times New Roman, Comic Sans MS, and other things that look all the same to me.

Effect Options

There's also stretch, but it doesn't have much effect, so I didn't put it.

I can search the pic on google, but it might not look like what you imagined.

For stickers, there are mostly things like stars, hearts, phrases, etc. No animals unfortunately.
