Dragonmoon paused outside Lilystar's den, glancing back to make sure Starkit was with her still, then called a quiet greeting, "Lilystar, may I speak with you?"

"Yes, come in," came a mew from inside the den. "Yes, Dragonmoon?" she mewed with a politely puzzled expression on her beautiful features. Starkit padded in slowly behind the medicine cat.

Dragonmoon limped in, smiling at her leader, "Starkit wanted to know if it would be possible for her to be my apprentice when the time came." she meowed, dipping her head slightly.

Lilystar's face broke into a wide smile. "Of course she can." She switched her warm gaze to Starkit. "And what prompted this idea, may I ask?" she mewed. "Well, the herbs....they're just so fasinting!" she blurted out. "And I want to learn the mysteries of StarClan." Her eyes were shining as if StarClan's mysteries were already hidden there.

Dragonmoon looked at the kit, purring slightly. She had thought the exact same thing when she first started. She licked the kit's head, "Calm down." she purred, still smiling.

OOC-It might take be a while to respond, because I flip between here and WCARPG a lot.
Starkit bent her head a little with a smile and a giggle. "Well, when you turn six moons, you will-instead of having your regular apprentice ceremony-go to the Moonwillow to recieve your apprentice name," mewed the leader with the warm smile still in place on her face.

Dragonmoon nodded, "Speaking of the Moonwillow, I think I will be heading there in a few nights." she murmured to herself, it wasn't much longer, now that the Gathering had been.

"Oh yes, the half-moon is coming up," murmured Lilystar, half to herself. "In fact...." She looked out of her den and saw the moon floating high in the sky. "It's in a few days, isn't it?" she asked.

"Yes." the Medicine Cat answered, looking at the moon, too. "Maybe StarClan can give us some insight into WindClan's problem...If there is one."

"Yes, it seemed odd. She's never snapped at a gathering." answered Dragonmoon, frowning slightly. She still didn't like the happens of that gathering.

"Yes, I agree. It was odd. Hopefully you'll recieve a sign," she murmured, still staring at the moon. "Well, report to me after the meeting, okay?" she mewed, turning her gaze to her medicine cat.

"Of course, you'll be the first to know of any signs I receive." she meowed, nodding to her leader. A sense of foreboding gripped her heart, what was going on in WindClan?

"Ok, well good-bye, Dragonmoon," she purred. "And you too, Starkit," she said with a twinkle in her eye as she looked fondly at the kit.

Dragonmoon dipped her head to the leader, "Sleep well, Lilystar." she meowed, before leaving the den.
