Name: Silvermask

Personality: Silvermask is kind, understanding, and quiet. She loves kits and young cats, and they tend to love her back. Despite her closeness to the young ones, she is shy around most adults. Pretty much everyone gets along well with her. Although she isn’t very fast or strong, she can hunt very well… which is strange, because she’s completely blind. But because of this, she has a very, very sensitive sense of smell. She is a little short of confidence, and loves her mate, Ravenpelt, very much. She is very calm, level-headed, and always exudes a kind of relaxed air, which is one reason she helps out with the queens a lot. She isn’t a medicine cat, but she helps out a lot.
Appearance: Silvermask is a slender, glossy silver she-cat, with darker grey tabby markings. She is long-haired, and the tip of her tail and her muzzle is dark. Her eyes are a pale, milky blue because of her blindness, which appears eerie to some, probably because she still manages to look straight at you when she’s speaking. She has a mass of scars starting at her jaw and stretching diagonally across her face – managing to cut across both eyes.
History: Silvermask was the kit of two WindClan cats. Her mother, Willowfur, was banished from the Clan with the father of her kits, Sunwing. They began to live as loners, and when Willowfur had her kits, it was in Barley’s farmhouse. Silverpelt’s littermates were Rainkit, Maplekit, and Honeykit. Rainkit and Maplekit (later Rainwhisker and Mapleheart), the two toms, became reknowned – and feared – rogues. While exploring, Honeykit and Silverkit where attacked by dogs. Honeykit was killed, while Silverkit was blinded in the attack. Silverkit was lost in the woods for a few days, because she couldn’t see, but when she got back to her parents and brothers, they were horrified to hear of what had happened. They warned her never to mingle with the clan cats, who would scorn her injuries. But then Silvermask met Ravenpelt, who brought her back to WindClan… and the rest is history.
